Our site uses an order form for customers to request information, products,
and services. We collect visitor's financial information (like their
account or credit card numbers). Financial information that is collected is
used to bill the user for products and services.
We use a third party intermediary, Cybercash, to validate and process credit
card information.

Because of the nature of the CSPspeakers service, certain elements of the
information entered by users of the system is made available to other entities
by default. This is primarily the sharing of speaker's bio, video and calendar information
with bureaus and with visitors of bureau's web sites.
CSPspeakers is the sole owner of the information collected on cspspeakers.org.
We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways different
from what is disclosed in this statement.
Communication
eSpeakers is primarily a business-to-business service, and as such will
frequently send automated emails notifying users of new holds, cancellations,
changes, and other information that makes our service valuable. We also send
regular newsletters to users. At times we may use the phone to contact you
regarding your account.
Choice
/ Opt-out
Users who no longer wish to receive our newsletter may opt-out of
receiving these communications by replying with unsubscribe in the subject
line of the email or emailing us at support@espeakers.com
Users of our site are always notified when their information is being
collected by any outside parties. We do this so our users can make an informed
choice as to whether they should proceed with services that require an outside
party, or not.

alteration of the information under our control. Sensitive information, including

eSpeakers employees are able to access credit card and other sensitive information.
